This is my orchid piece done in April of 2011. I love it and i’ll be going back this April to get the stem going down my left side, and the leaves (which will sit just above my hip bone). Every girl has her flower… mine has always been the orchids. Done by Chris Mensah of Pinz-N-Needlez; Washington, DC.

Cover art for recent editions of “The Dharma Bums” by Jack Kerouac. The book largely concerns duality in Kerouac’s life and ideals, covering topics from Buddhism, mountainclimbing to hitch-hiking and the disdain for Western civilization. A very inspiration novel to say the least for me. The tattoo was done at Triple Seven studio in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.
